At FLAIR Fútbol, we want you to play with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all gear in original condition. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are committed to getting you the right equipment for your game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our resale standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
